Who Are These Toast-Obsessed Travelers?

What do you do when you know you’re going to get laid-off from your cushy job at some point? Well, if you’re us, you sell your real estate, rent instead, save your money, sell off 95 percent of your possessions, and then move into an RV when the ball finally drops.

(You could say that we’re worst-case scenario planners.)

We’ve always sought to have a simpler (and cheaper!) life, and what better way to do it than in an RV during the worst recession ever, seeking adventure, reconnecting with friends and family, and opening our minds to new opportunities that wouldn’t come into view otherwise.

I forgot to mention, there are four kids with us on this journey, including a wily toddler whose current obsession is taking things apart and scattering them in odd places. My point: If we can do it, anyone can!
