Plans change. And that’s okay. Plans are there to serve us, not for us to serve them.
We planned to be en route to Panama right now, during dry season in Central America. But when we stopped traveling (for a spell) we realized, wow, we are tired. And we have a lot of projects to finish.
And we haven’t purchased our water filters and the 500 other things we need.
And it’s kind of nice just being here in Texas, seeing family and friends, homeschooling the kids, and just soaking up the downtime Most of all, it’s nice allowing the recent experiences and memories to marinate a while before piling on some more.
But back to my point.
Eventually, we are going to RV through Central America and spend some time in Panama, our second home. Clara was even born there. We imagine we will buy a small coffee farm on a mountain and maybe a goat. And name that goat Chuck.
So, that’s the long term plan. But as I explained before, plans change. And that’s okay. 😉
